I think you need to hire a carpenter to come in there and build you some shelves so you can store and display your collection better.  It can't be good for those hats to be hanging like that.

Not to mention, you rich people are the job creators; the little people really need you.

Dio soliciting work? If you get the job be sure to clean the vent for him.

I was hoping to sub it out to you, so I'll make sure you clean it.

Isn't it just disgusting how these rich people live?  Helpless before house mice, gunk breeding in their HVAC returns, rooms full of objects that somehow don't fill their empty souls, no matter how much they possess.

Pathetic bastiches.

So yeah...gimme a call igy,  I know a guy on the eastern shore will do it as cheap as a mexican.

Not all mexicans work cheap, especially if they work for the gubment.

So I had jury duty this morning in Philly. Was there for 10 minutes when they called my name. Was shuffled around from room to room with 59 other potential jurors. Sat in the room with a judge who told us it was a murder case. The defendant, his lawyer, and DA residing over the case were also there. We answered a questionnaire then waited to be interviewed by the judge. After an hour in another room they called 10 numbers and said we were dismissed. Waited downstairs for another hour then was released for the day. Picked up my check for $9 and now I'm off.

The $9 I have to give up at work, then I get paid for that day. All in all it's not a bad trade, I was out by noon. So a trip down to the city and a little bit of a headache and I get a half day. I'll trade that any day over a full work day.

Sgt PSN

So they (VA) paid you wages for the full day minus $9 and don't require you to go to work even though you got dismissed from jury duty early?

Is that standard in the civy world or just a VA perk?

They don't know what time I got out but it wouldn't matter anyway, it's labeled as administrative leave. My supe told me if I show up and they tell me to go home not to come in as it's already been deducted. Most civilian employers will pay their employees their regular wages (or so I'm told by other jurors that were there).

I bought a Wahl clipper kit on Sunday for what it usually costs me to get my hair cut, which I do once I month. Decided to cut my own hair yesterday. It actually looks fine, surprisingly.

That is all.
