One of our warehouse workers was robbed by Houston Police this past weekend.

He's a young Mexican dude...20/21yr old...and drives a big ass lincoln with little spoke rims and dark tint. He's one of the quietest and hardest workers we have. His brother and father also work here.

HPD pulls him over in his neighborhood and did not give him a reason for the stop. Originally it was one officer. The officer asks him to get out of the car and does he have any guns or drugs in the car. He says no. Officer says well then you wouldn't mind if I searched it would you? He said no go right ahead.

Four more cops show up and begin talking shtein to him about how if he resists they'll beat his ass. He was handcuffed for "his protection".

He said that they tore through his car and then came back to him and made him take his shoes and socks off. Then they told him to take his sweatshirt off and he said he couldn't because he was handcuffed. They took the cuffs off and he takes his sweatshirt off and then they tell him to drop his pants!

He said they kept him out there for an hour and ten minutes.

When they finally let him go he got back in the car and his wallet was on the floor and $200 of the $300 he had on him was gone as was his credit card.

WTF?!

I told him that was a huge violation and to never consent to a search like that. He was scared that if he said no to anything they'd rough him up or take him to jail. He asked them for their names and they told him to farg off.
