Who gives a shtein if the Flyers trade him to the Penguins? Who the farg is Hamhuis for the fans to be made about trading him to anyone? It isn't like they traded someone of legit value to the Penguins. He is just another guy.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

So let me get this straight, because maybe i have this wrong.  They would have gotten a 3rd from Nashville had they not been able to sign him, but instead traded him to a division rival for the same pick, and most likely a worse pick?  Please go back on your meds or just jump off a bridge

Doesn't matter who they traded him too, he's an f/a in 5 days anyway and would have signed with whomever he wanted. There's no guarantee Pittsburgh signs him either.

Nabokov is a legit #1 goalie and the best they've had in a long time. I'm happy with the move considering there were really no better options. We all want that young guy but he's just not out there. Nabokov gives them a chance to groom a young guy for a few years. He's a perennial 40 game winner, has a low GAA, and high save %. People point to his playoff record as being bad, but his stats aren't that bad. He's a definite upgrade over Leighton.

Nabokov is worse than leights in the playoffs.  Crumbles under the pressure and they'll overpay
