NHL Live's EJ Hradek confrims that the Flyers got permission from the Dallas Stars to speak to Marty Turco. Flyers offered Turco a 3 year contract worth 6 million. Turco turned it down

they are denying it because turco texted nhl network that he turned it down...i dont blame them for being pissed because they probably wanted the negotiations private...at least let the agent release it not the damn player...
