nyc isn't comparable to any city in the country much less philly and baltimore...whereas philly and baltimore are basically the same city...hence why I compared the two

At least Rawlings Blake is doing everything she possibly can to deflect blame.  Baltimore is Farged from a leadership standpoint.  Philly seems to have good candidates for Mayor.  Baltimore has  SRB or the former Mayor/Convicted Felon Sheila Dixon as options.

one of the things nyc has is a far superior police dept to anywhere else in the world...its basically another branch of the military

they have 1 police officer for approx every 125 people....philly in comparison has one for every 225 people
