Yeah yeah I get it it's a zombie apocalypse show but that doesn't mean anything goes because there's a certain suspension of disbelief. So if Aliens show up to kill zombies is that ok too because it's a zombie apocalypse show?

Speaking of Aliens, I'm curious to see where that angle is going in Fargo. I can't see it just being thrown in there.

ice grillin you

i love how zombie nerds are allowed to and talk about a show about zombies in a serious analytical way but people arent allowed to criticize the reality of some parts because its just a silly show about zombies

cant have it both ways

Graphic Novels, c'mon dude

They've got to make the show very different from the books, otherwise the people who have read them would already know almost exactly what's coming and you would have q bunch of people bitching about little changes or things that were left out just like you have when they turn a book into a movie. So they basically just took the essential elements from the books (zombies) and the characters, but are telling a different story that i assume will have the same final outcome as the books...whatever it is. So they've been able to draw in a brand new audience and maintain a mostly satisfied book audience as well.

Says the guy who constantly comments on shows he's never seen or on topics that he knows nothing about...

I watched the first episode of W/ Bob & David on Netflix. It was exactly what I was looking for from it. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of it sometime before 2017.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Susquehanna Birder

Watched this week's Leftovers episode. As much as last week was "holy shtein," this week was "WTF." Not that it's a bad thing, but damn...it's getting crazy.

Fargo is going strong, as well. Among other things, I enjoy how they weave in covers of songs used in previous Coen brothers works.

watched TWD last night

exactly as i predicted -- total amateur hour. it appears glenn dies midway through an episode...3.5 weeks later it turns out the most inane way possible for him to survive occurred, which everyone predicated right away. then he went without food and water for days and was climbing around and running seconds later. such a dumb show.

oh and then the tower conveniently fell on the wall so now the season will end with the umpteenth mass zombie attack. 1 character you know will die (im guessing the mullet dude, hes still listed as a guest star) and tons of the nameless, faceless townspeople will go. so theyll leave alexandria, go to another place, farg that up and 10 seasons later ill still be watching this crap.

im hoping against hope that since that other kid has bullets now, hes going to kill carl and rick and why not kill the baby so the lineage of that awful family is dead forever
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

smeags

now maybe glenn dies like he does in the novels.
If guns kill people then spoons made Rosie O'Donnel a fatass.

phillies will be under 500 this year...book it

MDS

i doubt they have the balls to kill of glenn or daryl...easily the 2 most popular characters

i couldnt care less if they did. and really it doesnt matter. twd is like the nfl. they are teflon and cant fail. the ratings for the show go up no matter the quality.

He was under there for 1 night. The actual time that has elapsed through the entire season so far has only been like 24-36 hours.
