There's some fishy coinky-dinks between the Republican Party and the Catholic Church.

Republican Family Values = Catholic Church
Republican Congressmen = Priest

Which I guess would mean....

Dubbya = Pope

Jesus is thrilled.

Had enough of the Republican family values dream yet, America?

My crystal ball says the suckitude will be just as great when the Democrats get control of Congress and the Presidency.  The craptastity will be different but just as great in magnitude.

Um can we just get a bunch of people with some common sense together to blow it all up?

Oh, right. Common sense would tell us all to just leave, make money somewhere else, and let other suckers take care ofthe mess. Oh well.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

Not only did Tony Parker and Eva Longoria break up, but so did Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn. OHMIGOD.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Perhaps so, if they ever have power as completely, for as long, as the Republicans have in this run.  Still, it would also require a President as bad as Bush, which is hard to imagine.

the way i see it is that politics now is just a big pendulum going from extreme liberalism to extreme conservatism.

just accept it, and enjoy the times in between the extremes.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

This country hasn't caught so much as a whiff of extreme liberalism since FDR, if then.

QuoteWASHINGTON (AP) -- The military's top generals have warned Iraq is on the cusp of a civil war and that U.S. troops must remain in large numbers until at least next spring. But if the winds suddenly blow a different direction, Congress is ready to celebrate with a $20 million victory party.

You mean when he just spent our way out of the depression, creating more bureaucracy and government than we'll ever be able to shake, including the genius Social Security monster that haunts the dreams of the 10 Congressmen that actually understand how farged it is?

Let's face it - we now have tax & spend on bureaucracy liberals and tax & spend on bombing people conservatives.  The system needs a good solid ass-farging and restructure, but that isn't happening anytime soon.  So, let's sit back and let these inept fargers cause the end of humanity one way or another.  Because it's happening and you can't stop it, no matter how much you whine about one side being better than the other.

You're right Dio, I mean Clinton had to step down when he had sexual relations after he lied to the whole country about it, and Barney Frank yep he stepped down too, and Mel Reynolds etc.. The thing that cracks me up is the dem's saying they are all about safety of children, really? how long did they wait until they  dropped this planned bomb? Both parties make me sick I wish we had a good alternative...

Wasn't the 50 years or so of having control of both houses enough?  I do not believe the GOP had control of EITHER house from the 1930's until 1994 and there were plenty of Dem presidents during that time.

I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.
