Only made it an hour through American Hustle. First hour was craptacluar, can't imagine it gets much better. Amy Adams is hot, though.

think american hustle is getting blowback now because it's being overpraised.  I don't think it should be an oscar favorite but I didn't think it was bad either.

It wasn't the best movie I've ever seen but certainly warranted the sort of critical praise it's received.

It's worth seeing it just for Amy Adams.   She's massively hot.

This.

its not worthy of any of its praise....its also not the worst movie ever...but its pretty bad

also i dont think anyone is purposely going against it cause its gotten good reviews....blanchett who has gotten lights out reviews was incredible....american hustle which also got great reviews isnt good...sometimes critics hit and sometimes they dont....

if anything with AH its the other way around....people read about a scorcese influenced 70's set movie with o russ and that cast and went into the theater with their great review already written in their mind and couldnt get away from it

her is definitely deserving of all the praise. one of the best if not the best of the year. obviously quirky as farg but joaquin was really good and scarlett might be one of the only women on the planet to be so sexy without ever showing her face.

drinking buddies. awesome movie. kind of has that middle america / beautiful girls vibe which is one of my favorites of all time. i'd let olivia wilde shtein in my mouth.

arbitrage - nyc thriller/suspense that is part wall street part michael clayton not as good as either but still a very entertaining watch....richard gere at times chews up the scenery but overall gives a good performance...fairly predictable ending but a highly watchable very enjoyable journey getting there

"...chews up the scenery..."

A little help here?  I've heard that before, but I don't know what it means.
There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists." - Yosemite Park Ranger

Sgt PSN

Oblivion - Did they really think they were fooling anyone with this story line?  Visually, it was well done but a really empty script without much suspense or depth.  Cruise actually turned in a half decent performance, but overall the movie just lacked substance.  4/10
