Why is it that the likes of Spielberg/Oliver Stone are making movies that are WAAAAAAAY long nowadays? Screw it, a movie's length does not determine how good it is. I heard Stone is going to do a film based on September 11th. I hope it isn't as bad as Alexander. I would much rather Spielberg did a movie on such subject matter.

Electro Magnetic Pulses (EMPs) Which is what Speilberg used in WotWs to wipe out all things mechanical will disable things but only temporarily. In the case of the cars, the EMP "fried the starters" of all of them, but anything that wasn't physically damaged by the EMP or that had a backup source of power should work within a couple of minutes. Do EMPs have anything do with the EMB?

Not directly but I would like to see a EMP wipe out the EMB ...actually just the vast majority of user accounts.
Then I saw you doing sit-ups in front of a mall.  My dad told me that it was your house.

Cataldi thinks WotW is the worst movie ever made and he's now convinced Cruise is acting weird just to generate interest for it...  :P

Worse than the Hulk?  :o

Dude, if you think Hulk was the worst movie ever made, go check out some of Peter Jackson's early stuff (Bad Taste, Meet the Feebles).

Saw Fantastic Four, Mr. 3000, and Meet the Fockers this weekend.  Thought FF exceeded my expectations (i thought it was going to really suck meatballs), Mr. 3000 had it's moments, and Meet the Fockers was on par with the first movie.

Going to see WotW, Batman Begins at the drive-in this week, and Charlie & the Choco Factory on saturday.

more war of the worlds anger...... spoilers.

why wasnt Boston touched?

how did the son get to boston?

how did Cruise and the girl get to boston?

whats with all the bodies floating down the river.  dont the aliens vaporize people?

the people vaporize, but their clothes are fine?

amazingly, almost every car on the highway went off the road when their cars went down so Tom Cruise could drive the van down the highway.  amazing!

in the beginning it says the Aliens have been studying us for ever and they are super advanced, yet they cant figure out how to keep healthy.

why do the birds attack the alien ship?

how do the ships shields go down?

i got more, but its not worth the time I already put into it.  ;)
