Godzilla was really good. I liked a lot of the old Godzilla movies when I was little, wasn't sure what to expect out of a reboot. Thought it was pretty awesome, hopefully the sequels don't ruin it.

Saw Avengers Age of Ultron in 3D IMAX (advanced screening) - good movie, falls way way short of the first one. There's the usual humor and action scenes. There's no set up of characters like the first movie, so they jump right into the action which isn't always a good thing. Highlight of the movie is the Hulk/Ironman fight (not spoiling anything I'm sure you've all seen the commercials.) I like the X-Men Quicksilver a lot more than I did the Avengers version who speaks with a Russian accent, is humorless, and overall they could have done a lot more with his character. Worth seeing but if you're expecting it to live up to the first one forget it.

i loved the quicksilver character in xmen. funny as hell. wanted to see more of him where they might reveal that magneto is his father. but just a quick mention of his mother knowing a guy who could move metal.

the sat shows at oxford valley for age of ultron pretty much had no good seats left so instead of spraining my neck looking up at the screen i got a couple tickets for the 12:30 show tomorrow. works out great with my lil guy having a 1/2 day.

avenger - age of ultron - saw it in 3d. i thought it was equal with the 1st movie. i thought whedon did a good job showing a bit more about black widow & hawkeye's past. actually ened up liking the quicksilver character in this movie more then i thought i would. couldve shown a bit more about how he and scarlet witch became who they are because they def didnt follow the comics on their origins, but they kinda explained things in general so whatever.

the movie helps set up a couple marvel movies down the road including black panther & capt america 3.

pretty much agree with your review.  the one thing that Marvel does 1000x better than DC is injecting humor into the movie.  there were some great lines in there.  Spader was really good as Ultron.  it surprises me to say this but by the end of the movie i have some Tony Stark/Ironman fatigue.  If they really do plan to move forward with a different core as the Avengers I don't think that's the worse thing ever.  The black widow/banner stuff was good.  Ruffalo's banner is easily the best one put on film. 

Didn't have any interest in Ant-Man until I saw the trailer, it looks pretty good.

I've heard Draft Day is a horrible movie. Still, it's available for free on HBO. I need something to watch on OT tonight. Is it bad bad good enough to watch or just god awful bad.

it is horrid.  the story itself is cliched bullshtein.  but the actual football part of the movie is laughably bad.
