maybe i need to re-watch the 2nd Thor, it just didn't do anything for me

thor part 2 definitely requires multiple viewings to truly "get"

Haaaa.

I know I'm in the minority with Cap America 2.  Got great reviews.  I just didn't like it.   Thor is meh but Hiddleston was so good in the 2nd one that it saved the movie for me.

the Winter Soldier reveal is where ignorance is bliss because I had no idea who that was going to be.  pretty good holy shtein moment.

I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

def some wow factor on bucky/winter soldier. i was very happy they stuck to that from the comics.

also - if you havent watched agents of shield you are missing part of the story leading up to age of ultron, ie the fall of shield and then the pursuit of hydra. the movie only touched on the subjest as it came to a close at the beginning of the movie.

btw - speaking of funny scenes/lines - the bad language & mulnier angles were great.

I tried watching Agents of Shield, but the first episode was terrible. Not just network television terrible, but weekend afternoon unaffiliated network showing cheap syndicated shows terrible.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Yeah I didn't get past the 1st episode of Agents of Shield either.

but the beginning of Ultron wasn't a huge shock because of how Winter Soldier ended.  Speaking of which, that may be my only issue with Winter Solider, you had Hydra ready to kill millions of people around the world.  that's not a job for the Avengers?  PLOT HOLE!!

Agent Carter is awful but Hayley Atwell is not.  And the guy playing Jarvis is good too.

AOS is unwatchable.  Gave up after two episodes.

lol - that's a huge plot hole in every movie thats not the avengers at this point. like how didnt capt, ironman or any others show up for either thor movie ? especially 2 ? nobody else showed up in ironman 3 ?

im still surprised that fox allowed marvel to use two characters from the xmen universe, quicksilver and scarlet witch, to be used in age of ultron. especially as it seems scarlet witch is here to stay.

Iron Man wouldn't show up for Thor 2 because an alien invasion triggered his PTSD and he was three bottles deep before the movie was over.

I enjoyed both Captain Americas and Thors about the same. Great for a one time watch but probably wouldn't rewatch them again.

You're a PLOT HOLE!

I actually liked both Captain America's far more than I thought I would.

I was gonna watch Draft Day Saturday night but opted for The Gambler

That sucked too.

The original version with James Caan wasn't half bad. No interest in seeing the modern mess.

Fox didn't have to agree to that, because both were Avengers. Fox has dibs on the X-Men and "Mutant" language. It's a shame Marvel doesn't have carte blanche over the characters, because they do a great job with the properties. Sucks to have to work around Fox and Sony, but I'm guessing the millions of dollars they get from it lessens the sting a bit.

smeags

yeah that's why they put a twist on how they got their powers.

I broke down and watched Draft Day. Biggest piece of shtein movie I've seen in a long time. Acting was off the charts bad. I'm surprised they had as many well known people as they did to play in the movie.

Rome

It was absolutely disgusting watching that old farging fossil Kevin Costner with Jennifer Garner.   I'm old and even that gave me the heebie-jeebies.
