Anyone seen a good movie lately?

pretty much agree with your review.  the one thing that Marvel does 1000x better than DC is injecting humor into the movie.  there were some great lines in there.  Spader was really good as Ultron.  it surprises me to say this but by the end of the movie i have some Tony Stark/Ironman fatigue.  If they really do plan to move forward with a different core as the Avengers I don't think that's the worse thing ever.  The black widow/banner stuff was good.  Ruffalo's banner is easily the best one put on film. 

Didn't have any interest in Ant-Man until I saw the trailer, it looks pretty good.

def some good lines in the movie - the scene where hawkeye has quicksilver in his sights after QS busted his stones for the upteen time was awesome - nobody would know, nobody would know a thing ...

agreed on intorducing a new team - keeps it fresh and sets it up for the civil war and of course the [spoiler]coming of thanos in the infinity war[/spoiler] thinking by the time they get to avengers 3 that its pretty much an all out brawl with all the avengers, fantastic four (btw that already looks a gazillion times better than the original movies), plus the other characters yet to be intorduced like dr strange and black panther. i heard spiderman will eventually be in the mix.

 i never read the comic books so i didn't know the civil war storyline but reading it now that should be a really good.  i'm assuming spiderman will be in there because Sony and Disney came to an agreement to share him i believe.

Marvel not owning all their properties is the only thing that DC has over them right now.

I was indifferent to Ultron.  I liked but didn't love the first Avengers so I suppose it's not a surprise.  There were some plot problems I had towards the end but it's not worth nitpicking.  I think I'm just fatigued of small army of heroes fighting gigantic army of faceless bad guys.

well then you'll like capt america 3 because it's pretty much avengers vs avengers. sure we'll see winter soldier again in that one and i'm guessing thats when spiderman appears.

I strongly disliked Cap America 2 so I'm not sure I'm seeing a third one.

I liked Iron Man and Iron Man 3.  Disliked both Cap America movies.  Thor is somewhere in the middle but feels like a drag when Loki is off-screen and is great when he's around.

I'm surprised you didn't like Cap 2.  The first Thor was ok, didn't really like the 2nd one.  Cap 1 was pretty good but I thought Winter Soldier was really, really good.

different people - different opinions as liked capt 2 much, much more then 1 but 1 was pretty IMO, thought ironman 2 sucked & 3 was meh. thor 1 was good, 2 was much better.

can we all agree that beyond alba - everyone involved with the original FF flicks should banned from any future superhero movies ?

Haaaa. 

I know I'm in the minority with Cap America 2.  Got great reviews.  I just didn't like it.   Thor is meh but Hiddleston was so good in the 2nd one that it saved the movie for me.

im also looking forward to antman, i think rudd can pull it off and play the character real good. it makes sense that the studio has jumped forward in the antman storyline as they already gave stark and banner credit for ultron.
