its fallen off hard....I still watch it cause the acting is great but the storyline has become pretty ludicrous

the first few episodes were very good tho

i think boardwalk may be the best show on tv

mad men is boring. its a long period piece character focused drama involving miserable unhappy middle aged white people. i mean its good and all, but i dont know why i watch it.

bb on the other end i know for an undisputed fact you will cream your pants over.

Mad Men is boring, and good, which is a weird combination. It was good enough for me to watch into the second season, but boring enough that I never really feel the pressing need to work through it. With limited TV time, there are other things that are higher up on the list of things to watch.

What I like most about Mad Men could be done just as well in a book as a medium. Not true of Breaking Bad. I know that IGY has a natural aversion to reading, but it's true.

they are different shows....igy is just being igy.

MM is an english majors wet dream. very movie-like. tons of deeper meanings, focus on character over plot, slow moving story lines, long payoffs for resolution, camera shots that explain motive. its really well done and well acted. but you can go long stretches of time where nothing happens. or the most interesting thing is don making a pitch for a tobacco company. also joans tits.

BB is preposterous and moves at 100 mph. it likes doing cool things and doesnt worry too much if they actual could happen in real life. its a farging tv show. theres no hidden agenda, what you see is what you get.

i'm so hungover from last night i decided to stay in and marathon some Friday Night Lights. this effing show is so good.

i can watch the most depressing show or movie ever and it doesn't phase me but give me a sports theme and i turn into a little teary eyed bitch. seriously think i almost cried a dozen times. and coach and mrs coach are by far the best married couple of all time.
