breaking bad?

BREAKING BAD
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Damn if they don't know what they're doing with that show. It sure is a nice change from shows that got meddled to death or ran three seasons too long.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Saw this coming from a mile away. The ending was incredible.

Here's my theory: Walt sets up a meeting at that restaurant with Lydia, he knows where she's going to sit, so he puts the ricin in a stevia packet.

that might be a good call right there with the ricin

man i try, but one of the characters i just cant buy into is todd...and the fact that he played nerd friend for so long in friday night lights. maybe its his voice or facial expressions i dont know....but just seeing him even firing rounds of a M-16 is so off to me.

That's what they were going for with his character. The humble nice guy whose a killer.

SunMo

did you see that little smile on his face when he watched Jesse talk about killing that kid?  dude is a psycho.

popping that chick was chilling
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

oh i know....but you can find plenty of nerds that can change roles to make you believe he can be assassin/mass murderer...todd, to me personally, is just not that guy

and im just nitpicking because i love the show

Don't know if anyone was still keeping up w/ Dexter, but I watched this season just because I'd been through the whole series and felt like I should see how it ends. Season was absolutely terrible. Had the potential to end somewhat decently, but then, no. It's like they didn't even care about their show anymore. Whatever.

Also, yes, Breaking Bad.

Dexter was weak. I was willing to overlook some nonsense this season, because they were wrapping things up...but that goodwill was only as good as the payoff at the end. And there really was no payoff at the end. In fact, the end essentially ran counter to what they were working to accomplish all season. Blah.

Dillen

There were too many loose ends to tie up in the 20-25 minutes they used. I thought Deb's whole thing was stupid, but if symbolism's your thing then it's at least passable. It didn't end the way the season was working towards, but could've been worse. Really underwhelming, just 'blah' like you said. At least it's over and done with and I don't feel obligated to watch it anymore.

Zanshin

I found this rare deleted scene from the Dexter Finale online. Really drives the ending home for me.

i kind of want to watch the dexter finale because i've seen ever season of the show, but i don't want to put the time in to watch another awful season.  how much of the season do i have to watch for the finale to make sense?

Well, it won't make much sense even if you do watch the season.

Honestly, the little recap they do at the beginning would probably be fine for you to get the gist. My recommendation if you're going to do that is to watch the last two.
