voting for someone because hes the same color as you is not the same as voting against someone because hes a bone nose ringed stillupfront born in kenya
That is some funny shtein.

Here's my problem with this logic. I am often called a racist due to an assumtion that I think like that. However, in the past I have supprted and worked on the campaign of Dr Alan Keyes. Also, I financially supported the effort to draft JC Watts. Not from some sense of altruism but because I agreed with a lot of what they were saying. I really like what Cain has to say, and I was not even aware of his skin color. I have to believe that MOST white people under the age of 30 voted for BHO because they think it was cool to vote for a black guy. I think this because there is always that 35-40% of dyed in the wool Dems who will vote for their man no matter what. However, the polling shows that younger voters overwhelmingly voted for BHO.  I believe in a certain amount of raw intellegence in the average himan. If you subtract that 35-40% of hard core dems, the remainder should have easily realized that BHO was a dangerous blend of ignorance, arrogance and inexperience to be a viable candidate.

holy hell, you supported Alan Keyes? wth is wrong with you. (side note to igy, please never lump me with lw again, I maybe crazy, but I'm not ape shtein crazy). a couple reasons the younger voters ran to Obama was because he was a candidate who used technology to reach them, had a simple message of change and was goin up against grampa smelly and his crazy ass daughter!!
Mic, I am not the type with a litmus test for any candidate. Moreso, because I have never agreed with anyone totally, I just try to find who I agree with on the most issues. Keyes certainly had his problems as far as I was personally concerned but so did everyone else at that time. I hate to say "least worse" but in reallity, that is what is now coming down to. I like a lot of what Ron Paul says. I don't know whether or not I support him.

I did support McCain in the general because there really was no other viable candidate. With the alternative being BHO, we were kind of backed into a corner. Sure us "smart guys" knew he (BHO) was a joke candidate, but he tricked a lot of people. As far as "change" goes, isn't that a little bit of a nebulous reason to base a vote. That's like running on a platform of "doing good stuff".

Reese, you are confusing speaking intellegently with being glib. As for his sincerity, you were duped

The irony. So delicious. Obama was an unqualified joke candidate, and McCain's VP was totally ready and not a joke in any way. She cost McCain more votes than anything Obama did, or any of the pandering McCain did just to get the nomination.

This is fun, pretending we're all farging stupid and weren't paying attention while this was current news.

The man. The myth. The legend.

I never made claims about Palin's competency.

mccain is barely a viable human much less a candidate....his campaign was one of the great jokes of all time....topped off by the obl/ pakistan debate exchange btwn him and barry

i love these zealots that try and pretend barry is the worst president of all time when hes not even the worst in the last 48 months....hes been a terrible disappointment to me but its not because he wasnt ready to be president or hes some sort of joke...in fact hes the most presidential guy thats been in the white house in a long time...my problem is that hes way too conservative..which brings up another irony...the fact that the right calls him a socalist non american left wing radical community organizer....when in truth hes really a moderate republican

Took over 1/5 of the economy (healthcare).

Bought 2 of the 4 largest automakers in the world.

Attempted to have a foreign company build our new re-fueling fleet.

The list goes on and on. He is absolutely an unabashed socialist/communist.  At his very best, he is a Facist.

I believe in a certain amount of raw intellegence in the average himan.

Clearly, that amount is a bit lacking..

Does LW not realize that the more "intelligent" a person is, the more they tend to be a liberal and thus, probably voted for Obama?

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

To this day, I still dont know who (the person) or what (the filter) stillupfront is.

Diomedes

the filter is for the N word

and it has hilarious variants.  for example, if you try to type the word deni*grate you get denigrate....

cracks me up every time.

stillupfront the poster has been around for years and years..getting himself banned, coming back under different names, etc.  he's a hungry hungry hippo, and if he's not actually racist, he makes a good enough show of it that Big Brother honored him with filter fame
