Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

she can make way more money in the private sector than she can from pacs because direct pac contributions are limited to 5K

"Oh, yeah. They'll still boo. They have to. They're born to boo. Just now, they'll only boo with two Os instead of like four." - Larry Andersen

Chris Wallace is about the most reasonable person Fox employs.  When Hannity and co bring that up, let me know.  Isn't going to happen.  Wallace at least pretends to ask difficult questions to Republicans.

also wallaces show is not on fox news is it?

isnt it basically foxes version of meet the press and runs on their main network?...thats much different than the fox news channel as it has to be relatively non partisan since its a national sunday morning news show...it cant be a running joke like the programming on fox news

he makes a half assed effort to stay fair but in reality is just a little weasel. anyone who gladly takes paychecks from ailes and puts their heads in the sand to everything else that goes on there is a joke.

Rome

As much as I detest Sarah Palin this is exactly the sort of thing that Fox has a point about in terms of bias.

She's incredibly ignorant.  This we know.  Everyone who isn't a a flaming right-wing tea bagging religious kook knows this.  Why fill a day's news cycle with it, though?   We're so goddamn blinded and deafened by meaningless noise in this country, it's sickening.

It shouldn't be anything more than a 5 second snippet on a comedy show any more than the Birth Certificate idiocy should have been.

Sgt PSN

Is there any doubt that she's trying to rally the gun nuts with her comments?

Her original comments:

Quote"He who warned the British that they weren't gonna be takin' away our arms by ringing those bells, and makin' sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed."

The follow up:

Quote"Part of his ride was to warn the British that were already there. That, hey, you're not going to succeed. You're not going to take American arms. You are not going to beat our own well-armed persons, individual, private militia that we have," she added.

PG, wth? Ed Shultz was just suspended last week for comments he made.

Sure, he was outright wrong for what he said, but did he call for revolts and action anywhere close to what you hear/see on Fox? No, again, comparing the 2...it's not even possible.

I cannot and won't argue that Fox doesn't even lean to the far right, cause they are. I have not heard of any revolt planned yet, but maybe i missed it. I listen to lots of Talk radio during the day and I will say as entertaining as Stephanie Miller, Ed Shultz and Bill press are, they insight hate and fear on a daily basis. Between "they are racists" comments they mostly smear anyone who does not side with them.

Haley Barbour said that the Obama administration is driving up the cost of energy so we will use less of it; and he said it as fact that it was a policy set.

Really?

Munson

It's an argument that has been made. If the price of oil gets too high, we'll either 1. stop using it as much and prices will come back down or 2. It will make other energies more cost efficient than oil...which in the long run would bea good thing i imagine, but in the short run would be expensive for the average american

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds
