I meant currently, those guys aren't on the market. As far as Ryan Clark you saw how good he was last year when he didn't have Polamalu next to him. I hope they draft one early there are some solid guys that will probably be 2nd or 3rd round picks.

I agree on the Dawkins thing, but not much can be done about that now.

the point is they were out there and while i dont ryan clark is an elite safety i def put him above jackson.

well we will see this season if the eagles made the right choice. personally i dont have faith in this decision.

jackson will have minimal impact on the season...he will either win the starting job stay healthy and play at an unacceptable level or he will get hurt and his replacement will come in and play at an unacceptable level

either way the plus minus effect it has on the teams wins is negligble

the thing with the eagles is that all their moves are lateral...yeah its nice to sign weaver and avant but those dont improve the team...and other than mack who are the young players that have substantial room for improvement

where are the obvious upgrades going to be?

you normally would count an injured player coming back like bradley...but because of the nature of his injury you cant count on him

the only place i could see improving greatly is the oline if the big kid plays and plays to his potential....and thats a huge if

well i'm actually looking forward to seeing if mccoy can live up to his potential. that is going to depend on the o-line's play as well though.
