lol.  yeah, i don't believe that for a second.  but, if that's actually true, then i'll change my opinion on howie and give him props for making what could turn out to be, 3 of the best draft picks in franchise history.

Eagles safety Marlin Jackson left practice early after sustaining an apparent knee injury, one that could be major given his track record of knee injuries and surgeries. No information is available yet from the Eagles, but Jackson stayed down on the turf for several seconds at the NovaCare Complex bubble after a passing play in which he was involved on the defense and needed help getting back to his feet.

Team trainers helped Jackson limp off the turf. Jackson appeared to be favoring his right knee. After making it to the sideline, Jackson angrily punched the bubble's wall and appeared to be sobbing loudly. After exiting the bubble with some of the medical staff, Jackson was taken by cart to the complex for treatment. He could be seen with his hands over his eyes as the cart drove away from the bubble and toward the complex.

Jackson, a first-round pick who spent his first seasons with the Colts, suffered a season-ending ACL tear in October after playing just four games. He also had an ACL tear in 2008 and missed nine games. He's played just 11 games over the past two years.
