the cast for True Romance was the best ensemble I can think of, each actor nailing his character

Christian Slater
Patricia Arquette
Chris Penn
Tom Sizemore
Dennis Hopper
Gary Oldman
Bronson Pinchot
Samuel Jackson
James Gandolfini
Val Kilmer
Christopher Walken
Brad Pitt
Michael Rapaport
Saul Rubinek

half those people are hacks and werent even good in the movie (which i enjoy)...but youre just naming names...im talking about the actual performances...the writing is what made true romance a good movie not the acting

Father Demon

Tried to watch Max Payne last night with my son.  We had to quit about half way through because it sucked.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

MadMarchHare

Sorry, but the largest and most extensive ensemble cast ever made was It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057193/fullcredits#cast

Spencer Tracy
Buddy Hackett
Sid Caeser
Milton Berle
Ethel Mermen
Mickey Rooney
Phil Silvers
Jonathan Winters
Edie Adams

Even the bit parts were big names:
Jimmy Durante
The Three Stooges
Jack Benny
Jim Backus
Peter Falk
Buster Keaton
Don Knotts
Jerry Lewis

And it's hilarious, and still works.
Anyone but Reid.

didnt milton berle have a giant cock?
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Punisher: War Zone

A lot better than I was expecting. Shame that the money they spent on guns and exploding appendages was ten times more than the money spent on writers and actors. The cops were lame, the villains were even worse, but the Ray Stevenson was great as The Punisher. Not exactly a tough role, but considering it was already done badly twice, ...

i was really confused with nearly every character talking with an irish accent?  WTF is up with a Latin King named Carlos talking like an irish pirate?

I like the Punisher that came out in 2004, never understood why they chose Tampa Bay as the city.

I rented True Romance, will watch it tonight and then post here about how much more awesome it is than all of vigy's thirty top tens ever.

Every accent was awful. The old Italian guy with the colostomy bag was probably the worst.

The 2004 Punisher movie I didn't understand at all. How can you make a Punisher movie where he doesn't kill anyone outside of the first and last ten minutes? And the ice cream torture scene?

saw Into the Wild last night, really good movie.  little long, but the length was necessary to tell the entire story and fully explore all the relationships that McCandless had on his journey.  Really well done visually and a great story that is even more profound seeing that it's true.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.
