the sentinal = cheese

Worse than cheese.  That movie screamed of movie contract fulfillment.  The plot plowed through without any regard for setting anything up, all the actors were going through the motions.  Yuck.  Barf.

1.5/5 because it at least doesn't drag on and waste a lot of your time.

hills have eyes remake = it was pretty much dawn of the dead remake but in a desert (tho not nearly as good as imo dawn of the dead remake is one of my favorite movies ever)

kinda cool how they so brutally killed off three main characters in about ten minutes...very gory as well

solid 3/5

I liked the first hour of Munich, but I think dragged on way too long and got very boring. Sort of lost it's way and wandered aimlessly.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

A few weeks ago I made a list of movies I've been meaning to see but never did. I'm watching them in no praticular order. So that night I watched Rushmore. Thought it was pretty good. Nothing to write home about. And that's been it. Until tonight.

Donnie Darko- yea I know, last person in the world to see this. get used to it, theres more coming. but still, what a farged up movie. one of randy quaids sons from id4 was frank, that was pretty cool. drew barrymores tits were huge. ummm...otherwise, i dont know. im still confused. what a farged up movie. i liked it.  :cfhead :cfhead :cfhead
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

The Prestige:

Highly highly recommended. Better than The Departed IMO.

Story: A
Acting: A
Hot girls: Scarlett Johansson - A
Continuity: A

Anyone who hasn't see it, do yourself a favor and go check it out. Best movie I've seen this year.

i'm with you on that. i love that movie.  it's been on tv all week, i've watched it twice in the last few days.

i took off work early friday and watched saw III.  extremely gory.  probably even gorier than hostel.  but if thats what you're looking for it's definitely worth watching.  i thought the first one was ok, didn't see the second one, but i didn;t realize that it's the same guy in all 3 movies.  jigsaw.  anyway, it's watchable but nothing special.

i also just watched the break up.  i was really surprised at how good it was.  much funnier than i had planned, even if vince vaughn is beginning to recycle his jokes.

"Nacho Libre" - I laughed out loud maybe once, but yet I found the movie consistently amusing.  It's far from a significant follow-up to "Napolean Dynamite" from the filmmakers, but it could be worse.

2.5/5.

agreed...im surprised at all ther abuse that movie takes....i thought it was very good...i like how it wasnt a straight up goofy comedy...it basically turned into a dramady by the end...and the non conventional not cheesy ending was great too
