The acting was good, but the dialogue was bad. I liked the feel of the movie, but the camera work bugged me. It was a lame ass plot, but was well written. Overall, this movie was pretty lame, but good if you're into lame. Stay away, this movie stinks, unless you don't care.

The Departed:

The movie was okay, but it was very good. I think you'll like it if you like good movies, but if you don't then see it anyway because it was good even though it was only really okay.

Overall:  8.63221/10

Nah, but seriously, it was a very good movie. Funny, exciting, has quite a bit of action and suspense as well. Highly recommended. Not quite on the level of that must-see classic, but it was very good nonetheless.

Saw Red Eye this weekend.  Wasn't bad...right up until the end departed from anything resebling reality.  Concept was pretty good, though.  Still, it was a short movie (a little under an hour and a half, which was great for me), and it kept my attention.  That said, I'm glad I didn't spend the money to see it in a theater.

If it's on and you're bored, I'd recommend it...but it isn't worth going out of your way to see.

Just got 9 Songs in the mail.  Basically, it's arty porn, or so I've read.  Scenes of concerts in London, with bands like Franz Ferdinand and Black Motorcycle Rebel Club, and scenes of the featured actors farging.  I look forward to plying my old lady with wine before watching this one..

Saw The Island. The best thing about it was Scarlett. Man she was so hot in that movie. When isn't she hot? The plot was pretty weak, the acting was nothing to write home about. It's not bad enough to put you to sleep or bore you to death, but it is not worth renting either.

Watched Open Water yesterday.  Meh.  A little creepy but fairly boring.  The chick was pretty hot though, kinda like Charlize but not quite that hot.

Jackass Number 2 is great and a must see. 

Employee of the Month:  Funny, but very lame.  And Jessica Simpson doesn't show her boobs but her turkey is done the enitre movie.

Silent Hill:  Decent, but too complicated if you didn't know schtein about the game.

Pretty decent. At first I was like these kids are fargin sharp, then i read the description and was like ohhhhhhh. So I got into it more. Missed out on some of the beginning parts from a yapping girlfriend, so I'd like to watch it again.  3.125/5

Silent Hill-
Bad ass special effects. Weak otherwise. I was expecting more suspenseful/dramatic/shock scenes, like the game, but can't remember jumping once.  Some of the gore was fun, but otherwise just meh. 1.5/5

Saw My Super Ex-Girlfriend last night. All I can say about it is that it was a fun movie. As anyone could tell from the previews or trailers, it has a ridiculous plot. It isn't funny pretty much at all. I don't know if it is worth the rent, but I didn't rent it so to me it was worth the watch. I have a thing for Anna Faris.

It was a pretty fun movie, that is all I can say about it.
