Sin City Rocked by the way - saw it Friday night and wouldn't mind going to see it again.

we checked out this last night.

very entertaining. i loved how it was filmed the visuals were perfect. it was a graphic novel on the juice. any "comic based" movie in the future will have a very very hard time living up to this one. it brought the "graphic novel" to life perfectly.

i loved mickey rourke's character, marv.

i may go see this again

I finally watched Dodgeball last night.  Funny shtein

We like horror movies.  Most of them suck.  We watched Deadbirds Saturday night.  I give it a 10 for "jump" value.  My wife was hiding her face during one scene.  We watched hundreds of scary movies together and I never saw her do that.  She was holding on to my arm and she jumped so bad she clawed me.   :-D  It was awesome.

Sideways wasn't to bad either.

I was supposed to go see it friday but plans changed.  Im dying to see this. Tuesday or Wednesday im going for sure.

I rented Howard and Kumar do something to white castle?  It had its funny moments.  Been done before, only this had some updated humor.  A good laugh if your in the mood for it.  Oh and you might want to smoke some dope before it, it might help.  I felt like i was in high school while watching it.

I also got Forgotten, i thought it was going to be good while in the theatre, but then i heard otherwise.  So decided to check it out.  Yea it was horrible. Don't rent it.   :boo

battleshteins was funny as hell...what made it even funnier was the documentary of the sound designer that had to record truckers taking a dump to get the right sound :-D

Father Demon

Watched both "Ray" and "Employee of the Month" this weekend.  I thought Ray was fantastic, and I also really enjoyed Employee of the Month.  I like the dark comedy type stuff like that and Very Bad Things.  I'll be watching Harold and Kumar this week.

Gotta keep the movies flowing through, or else the blockbuster.com thing doesn't seem to make much sense.

I saw Metallica's Making of a Monster last night on VH1. It's great if you like unintentional comedy.

Battleshteins was great!

I saw The Hurricane this weekend, though it was excellant. True Story... a farged up time in history.  Im thinking about buying his book.   :yay :yay

I watched 'Sideways' with Paul Giamatti the other day. Sort of reminded me of Swingers with older characters on a wine tasting tour. Very funny movie I highly recommend.

I felt the same way and have told friends exactly that.

Saw Sideways today.  Excellent buddy flick.  I wonder when the novel came out, because the plot was eerily similar to Swingers at times.  Anyway, certainly can wait for DVD.  Thoroughly enjoyable, but not really big screen material.  Thomas Haden Church was great in it, specifically.

Must have missed your review  :P

Haha.  No, I was being serious.  In fact, I did a quick scan for me saying something about it and was surprised I "didn't."  I guess I just didn't look hard enough.

Rented House of Flying Daggers last night.  I liked it better than Hero, but Hidden Tiger has yet to be topped IMO.
