"Manchurian Candidate" was good, but skippable.

If you're going to watch the Manchurian Candidate, watch the original w/ BlueEyes.

Why these idiots in Hollywood today think they can remake good movies is beyond me.
Anyone but Reid.

The Motorcycle Diaries was a good story, def worth seeing.  Subtitles in it though.  I though id warn those who can't stand the subtitles.

My son wanted us to watch the latest Resident Evil video, but I never watched the first one. So I rented it the other day and checked it out...and it was marginal.

Ouch, that's being kind.  But getting to see Milla Jojovich nekked was at least worthwhile.

Finally going to see Sideways today.   :yay

Watched a little sleeper flick last night called Around the Bend. It is part of the Sundance group of films, but it starts Christopher Walken and (at least for a little while) Michael Caine. Interesting story, and somewhat riveting for a character study kind of film.

Saw Resident Evil: Apocalypse yesterday.  The first one was better, and that's not saying too much.

Saw Sideways today.  Excellent buddy flick.  I wonder when the novel came out, because the plot was eerily similar to Swingers at times.  Anyway, certainly can wait for DVD.  Thoroughly enjoyable, but not really big screen material.  Thomas Haden Church was great in it, specifically.

Rent the Fifth Element with her and Bruce Willis. If I remember correctly (keep in mind my memory is a veritable steel trap) she was naked for a good portion of the movie. She needs bigger tits to make marginal movies worthwhile, though.

Went and saw "The Jacket" this weekend and enjoyed it.  Worth a look if you get the chance.

i watched Harlod and Kumar go to White Castle on saturday.

I laughed quite a bit. Pretty funny for a stoner flick.

in the "fart jokes are always funny" category, the "Battleshteins" scene had me rollin' :-D

that was even funnier when i watched the "making of a fart" special feature on the DVD :-D :-D

Milla is topless for a couple of brief moments in The Fifth Element.  And I always had a thing for Redheads. :drool
