the duff - cookie cutter paint by numbers typical teen tale where "weird" aka ugly girl hates most popular guy in school then gets hurt then ends up with most popular guy in school...different plot but kind of a newer version of she's all that but even worse altho it seems like it would be a nice psa if you have a tween daughter

4/10
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

Free State of Jones

Pretty well done as far as shedding light on a relatively unknown story from the civil war. Mcconaughey was really good as always.

Made me hate Mississippi even more than I already did

Mike And Dave Need Weeding Dates was one of the stupidest movies I've ever seen.

And probably top 5 in terms of hilarious.  Seriously, I'm ashamed to say how much I enjoyed it.

A+

The Abrams Star Wars was pretty good. It felt like they tried to cram too much into one movie and had to leave out a bunch of interesting stuff. Phasma might as well have not even been in there for all she did.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Munson

She was busy trying to get the Blackfish to go with her back to the New Republic

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

How were the scenes from Hawaii?  Filmed a lot of it here.

"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

Sgt PSN

Just a stab in the dark here, but I'm gonna guess sunny with lots of palm trees and ocean in the background.

I'm still catching up on movies everyone else already saw. Creed was the best filmed okay movie I've ever seen.

I'm seeing a lot of stuff lately that is close to perfect technically, even wildly creative and inspired visually, but with stories that are merely okay. Not bad, but not up to the standards of the direction and cinematography.

Mr. Robot comes back tomorrow, right? Not sure why I thought of that just now.
