Anyone seen a good movie lately?

Caught Xmen Apocalypse today. Reviews are bad but it wasn't that bad at all. The movie would have been much better if they had Apocalypse grow and fight rather than these weird powers that didn't make sense. I didn't understand the need to deviate from that aspect of his character. Cool Weapon X cameo.

a bigger splash - outstanding performance by ralph feinnes....if he isn't nominated for an Oscar next year something is seriously broke...sexual tension abounds in a movie filmed in southern Italy on the Mediterranean which made for off the charts scenery...got a little clichéd at the end but overall highly recommended

It is long, drags a bit a times, but overall it moves pretty fast.

all the way - hbo's Lyndon Johnson movie about his first term in the oval and his fight to get the 1964 civil rights bill thru congress...I was versed in the history of it so nothing really new for me here bbut if you are not then it will be a really good watch....tour de force performance by bryan cranston

the seven five - documentary on michael dowd the rogue dirty cop who ran buck wild thru the 75th precinct in east ny during the crack era of the late 80's and early 90's...another very familiar story to me but was really cool to hear from the participants themselves...and if you don't know much about this it is a fantastic watch

Saw it like a week ago and this pretty much sums it up.  Total dick move making you wait until the very end of the credits for the Easter egg.

Thought the first 2 hours drug...understand it's a setup for the rest of the series but I get the theme I didn't need it reinforced a million times over. Last night was great.

watched the last two parts of oj: made in America last night ondemand...i cant believe Edelman got and showed those never seen before murder scene and autopsy pics of the slit throats...overall a farging masterpiece...makes the horrible mini series that aired earlier this year look like a sad cartoon...id have to marinate on it a little bit but this has to be in my top 3 docs of all time...just brilliant

Pretty much sums it up. I didn't watch the mini series but the slit throats pics were something else. I'm still in awe with his defense team.

everything is copy: nora ephron -- scripted and unscripted: - hbo documentary biography love letter from her son who wrote and directed to nora Ephron...I guess you probably need to be interested in her at least a little bit to see this but if you are you will love it
