Question is...will anyone else pick him up?

If Chip passes I cannot see him getting a job anywhere else.

Rome

There's always an opening for him with IGY at the EEOC.

chip passed on billy d

chip, right now, has no control over anything. dude is happy to be in the league. that will change, as his ego will never allow for anything less than the ability to micromanage even the most minute details of his subordinates lives.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

This Cooper stuff is in the wrong thread. It's in too many places. GF should move everything about him to the good riddance thread to keep it all in one place.

You say that now, but when they don't have enough cap space to keep Bradford...

The man. The myth. The legend.

ice grillin you

they can make Bradford work under the cap if they want...I just don't think they will...they don't have a ton of cap room like they usually do...they aren't a contender despite what the idiot coach says...and they still need to sign fletcher cox

therefore I think they go with a chase Daniel or scott tolzein and draft a young guy

Ditto

I wouldn't mind franchising Bradford for a year. But I think they'll go the Daniels-type route.

don't get me wrong I wouldn't mind long terming Bradford I'm just saying what I think they will do

I've been thinking Daniels as well, and I'm pretty okay with it. Especially if they can save a few bucks over a potential Bradford deal and then get a development project in the draft. Hell, I'm even okay with tanking this year to get in a position to draft a franchise QB.

BTW...I suspect they won't franchise tag Bradford, not because they don't want him, but because they want to see the market determine his value. That's why I was thinking a transition tag might be okay. They should be able to have the chance to make an offer over whatever the market determines. If they lose him, they lose him, and they can at least recover a draft pick.
