Pretty much.  I have no idea how Howie will be long term (awful most likely), but the small sample size we've seen, he's light years ahead of Chip when it comes to drafting.

He's also resigning good, young players instead of releasing core guys or trading them away, so he's already a way better gm than chippah.

Funny how a guy that worships Kraft can't emulate even the simplest of things the Patriots organization does.  Been said over and over on this board for years that Lurie has no passion about this franchise as far as winning goes.  Being Mr. Hollywood you'd think he could at least act like he gives a damn.  20 years of this mess.  Please sell.
