It was definitely mostly right shoulder on the hit. His head hit DeSean on the right shoulder/maaaaybe a little bit under the chin. But when you hit somebody, you're helmet's going to be there whether it's the crown of your helmet or the facemask. Even if his head wasn't down it would have been a vicious hit that knocked DeSean out.
