i cant see mays droppping to the eagles...he does have shortcomings but to much talent and had a very good combine...i think like half the league is basically trying to downgrade him in the hopes that he will fall

if he does fall i dont know how you dont take him

especially with the extra picks they have now...id be fine with him there and then go defense with the next several selections

would fit in with their youthful rebuilding as well...youd (hopefully) have your C-QB battery set for the distant future

Not that I follow CFB or know any of the players, but most mocks have Maurkice gone long before the Eagles pick.  Would you guys be happy if they traded up for a C?  Or would that induce homicidal rage?

ive seen him to pittsburgh in some places but ive seen more than a few mocks have him go after the eagles....the best center every year always seems to have wide window of where they will go and is greatly determined by how the players fall..seems to me maurkice could go anywhere from like 15 to early second..to answer the question tho no i would not trade up for him

If Cincy doesn't take Mays I could see him falling out of the 1st round.  From everything I have read and been hearing on NFL Radio they expect a big run on offensive lineman again in round 1.

I don't know if that is a good or bad thing for the Eagles.  I want to see them go pretty much all defense, though they really need to add an interior lineman whether it is a guard or center.

I'd be fine with either Oline or LB, S

I feel linebacker is the biggest need on this team followed by interior o-lineman and corner, not necessarily in that order.

Rome

Which means they'll go WR in the first round...

General_Failure

Lineman in the first round, RB in the second, QB in the third.

i think that means that interior lineman and corner are interchangeble, neither as important linebacker.    at least, that's the way i perceived it.

yeah that makes sense...then again ive never been accused of having a lot of reading comprehension...at the same time it might be giving shore a little to much credit to say thats what he meant

Mays is overrated to be in the first, get him like Justice came before, and its worth it

i wont saw jaw dropped but id be pretty damn surprised if mays made it out of the first...to me the question is does he make the birds or not

id say his o/u is exactly the eagles pick

the odds of the eagles staying put in the first round and actually making the pick at 24 are roughly eleventy billion to one.

yup.  the question is, do they package one of the their 2 or 3 rnd picks with it to move up, or do they trade it for multiple low(er) round picks?  i'd be shocked if they stand pat at 24.

Rome

they're going up.  now that heckert's gone and there's no one left to reign in the fat man, there's going to be crazy movement up and down.  reid can't resist trying to prove he's smarter than everyone in class and the draft is the perfect venue for him to do just that.

ice grillin you

i agree but its roseman not reid....the midget accountant wants to make a punch you in the face statement to show he can play with the big boys...the mcnabb in division deal is proof of that
