Don Ho

let me guess, WYSP is back on the net.

I wonder if Gaffney, G. Lewis, Wynn make the team and I'm guessing Bloom goes on IR.

Looking forward to see what Omar can do, not to pumped up about Considine so far.
Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No pro bowl WR's.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Retarded special teams.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  "I've got to do a better job."  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Running game shines for 3 plays. Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No adjustments anywhere.  Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  (repeat)

The suckfest is over 20-10 bmore.

Max Jean-Giles seemed to be doing better.

When Hank was in at G earlier...was he replacing The Todd?

Yes, he was playing LG.

Positives:

- Both defensive lines again. Moreso the second. Bunkley is a farging monster, but that's nothing new. Thomas was a monster as well. The first team ends played well. Kearse has much more burst off the edges this year, and Howard has a good motor.

- Gaither is a man child. All over the place with so much energy and intensity. Future star.

- Starting offensive line was pretty good. Had trouble on some plays, but the Ravens have a very good defense.

- Buckhalter baby. Picked up a really nice blitz on one play too.

- Matt Ware played a good game, as did Dawk

- Gaffney finally had a good game

Negatives:

- Greg Lewis sucks, and he's gone after tonight's debacle. What a Hoyda.

- The first team got beat by Derrick Mason on the underneath routes. Gotta fix that up.

- Koy Detmer is the worst QB in NFL history

- The second team interior line didn't give much time for Detmer, or any holes for Moats

- Moats and Mahe gotta cool it with the fumbles

- I saw some missed tackles and lazy efforts on defense and special teams
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Buckhalter looked pretty average other than his big play.

True, but if he can stay healthy, an average back of his size can add a lot to our offense.

So, it sounds like, just as we knew before...

Koy Detmer should not be playing in the NFL.  The Eagles really should go get a competent 3rd stringer, or at least one with potential to someday suck less than Detmer.

The Eagles probably need better depth at RB before they need it at WR.

Defense might have been shaky, might have been just playing "vanilla".  Could have been worse.

Right?

ice grillin you

story line of the game is jabar gaffney making a catch with under three minutes left in the game

:-D, that is what I was thinking listening to another 2nd and 3rd string slopfest on offense.  There is really no bright spots this team has as far as depth on the offensive side of the ball.

why are they even playing bunkley?  he's obviously done for the season since he missed a few weeks.

- Koy Detmer is the worst QB in NFL history

While he does suck, who could forget the following:

Pat Ryan
Brad Goebel
Bobby "BLOW THE WHISTLE REF...BLOW THE WHISTLE!" Hoying
Doug Pederson
Mike McMahon

And those are just some recent Eagles. :'(
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

All of the above are arguably better than Koy.

Koy literally had one acceptable game in his whole career.  He farging stinks.  A lot.

I want to see you argue for those guys. Go ahead. I'll wait.

Hoying had more arm than Koy ever had.
Pederson had more on-field brains than Koy ever had.
McMahon has more athletic ability than Koy ever had.
