I'm actually somewhat excited to see what this jitterbug farger can do back there. Obviously, and I've bitched about this since BMitch rolled out, but the blocking has to be better. But Bloom has the speed to make shtein happen. Can he do it in the NFL? We'll see.

Freakin Reno had 3-4 openings last year where if he had the speed he would of been gone. Bethal or Bloom better get it done.

If the Eagles really want to hang onto Ilaoa, they can stash him on the PS or IR. Cut/get rid of Moats, that's 4 spots in the RB, which opens up another spot for the WR's to keep six.

Curtis/Brown/Baskett/Avant/Bloom/Johnson.

Goodbye GLew.

Or they'll keep GLew over Johnson and hope Bloom's frame can hold up returning KO's too.

i can't wait for my bloom jersey to get here.

i actually sat behind some little 10-12 year old kid wearing a bloom jersey at a game last year. he was getting berated left and right. he may have started crying at one point.

To do that... you'd have to keep 7 WR's on the roster... 2 of which have little to no value as WR's. IMO... that makes it really hard to keep both of them around which would mean going light somewhere else.

I see it being Bloom or Johnson... not both.

no you dont...theres no reason greg lewis has to make this team...so youd replace him with johnson and reno with bloom

now im not saying johnson or bloom will even make the team but thats a very simple solution if they prove worthy in camp/preseason

1. brown
2. baskett
3. curtis
4. avant
5. johnson
6. bloom

That's just it. Lewis gives you a lot more at WR than either of those guys at this point. I know Lewis takes a lot of heat but he's useful in this offense in the #3/4 role.

I don't remember the exact stat, but didn't some large percentage of Lewis's catches last year go for 1st downs? He's also the longest tenured WR on the roster... meaning he knows this offense the best... and infinitely better than Bloom or Johnson. The other 4 guys are locks to make the team.

I think that one of either Bloom or Johnson will definitely make the team... but I think for both of them to make it, they'll have to show a whole lot strictly as WR's to push Lewis out the door... at least in Andy's eyes.
