I guess this fugitive's mom lives in La Palma and I drove by there earlier and they have the place surrounded by Police Officers, about a 1-square block guarding aka standing around with their backs to the main avenues at each entrance/exit incase he showed up...or someone driving a car they suspect he's in so they can shoot at it.

Ladyfriend commutes into/out of NYC every day. Today her train struck and killed a man, who apparently spent his leisure time walking on train tracks in the dark.
