I don't know who called, but I've got a good hunch.

I went out and told the cop WTF, they aren't bothering me...and it's my goddamn fence they're hanging their clothes on.

I live on a public golf course right now and there's a pond about 50 yards to the left of my back patio.  About 3 houses to the left of me is this grumpy old lady who has a grand daughter around 10 and she is just the snottiest little shtein I've ever seen.  Last summer a group of kids between maybe 10 and 13 yrs old were at the pond catching frogs.....they had a couple jars of them, maybe 20 frogs total.  I walked over and asked them what they were doing and they told me.  Said they live near a small man-made pond that doesn't have anything in it so they wanted to try and populate it.  Seemed like good kids, very polite and all that.  As I'm walking away I heard the crypt keeper start yelling at them to get away from the pond or she'll call the cops.  I walked back over and confronted her and she says that the pond is federally protected and you can't disturb wildlife there.  And the little brat starts chiming in too.  There's not a single sign posted anywhere around this pond not to mention that there isn't any wildlife that inhabits it that is protected.  Old bitch just didn't like seeing kids through her back window.  I told her to call the cops and that I'd be waiting right here for them to show up.  Apparently, she gives just about every kid in the neighborhood a hard time.  I can only imagine it's because none of them want to hang out with her stupid farging grand daughter. 

She never did call the cops to my knowledge but I told the kids that if she gives them a hard time again to come knock on my door.  Dumb farging bag of bones.
