not to be a downer but a good friend of mine died last week from cancer, army guard vet for years that did tours in kosovo and iraq. great guy. he'll truely be missed.

well they had a military service for him and man, what an sight that is. funerals suck but to see how these guys are laid to rest gave me chills. well deserved for all of our military personnel that pass whether it be in the of duty or otherwise.

Sorry for your loss.

Military funerals are definitely tough. The missing man roll call and the 21-gun saltues (or missing man flight formations) are tear jerkers.

smeags

yeah def tough but at the same time something that really moves you if you experience it and puts what these men and women sacrfice for us in perspective.

my grandpa was given a full military funeral a few years back and it was something ill never forget..the flag draped casket, the trumpets, etc..i had friends there who had never seen a funeral like that who still mention it from time to time as (relatively speaking) one of the cooler things they have seen.

Jungle Fever, Malcolm X, He Got Game, Love and Basketball, Kobe Doing Work, Original Kings Of Comedy are probably his best work....at least what I've seen. But admittedly, I haven't seen even half of his stuff. Still, most of what I have seen I liked a lot.

amazon just released a music service called Cloud.  it's free 5gb online storage for your music.  you can access the music from any computer with internet access and there is also an android app that lets you access your music.

i have more than 5gb of music but you can buy more storage if you want and it's not like i need all of it saved on there anyway.  pretty sweet thing.

5gb would give you a pretty nice playlist though.....several hours, if not more.  So that's pretty impressive for a free service.
