I love listening to some of that stuff. I don't take it real seriously, but it's awesome to "jam" to when you're driving. I've been meaning to burn a techno/fever CD for awhile but I always lose the list of songs I want to put on it.

I was talking about the random, almost english of the description.

QuoteDance

In a night fever, one dances in a rather static individual way, with a characteristic movement of the arms. But there is not real method to dance during a Night Fever.
I found this funny. I know that's what you posted it for, but Night Fever should not and never will be a laughing matter.

a baby to feed the bear.

Ha!

On a completely unrelated note.......I'm out in KC now.  Actually got here last week.  Took a road trip on the way out going to Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA, Pensacola, FL, New Orleans and Memphis before finally arriving in KC.  Took 8 days to make the trip.  Should be moving into my new place sometime in the next week or so.

...but the heart of Kansas City is beating.

I thought it was the heart of rock and roll that was still beating?

Hola mi amigos from wonderful Lima Peru!!

I am here at my hotel waiting for my girl to come so we can go out. Everything is cool in the area that I am in. Yes, I was in the air when it happened so we did not know until we landed and we could not use the jetways for fear another would hit. The epicenter was in Pisco, about 300 miles south of here, but tremors and aftershocks of 5.0+ have hit here. I have missed them though once because I was sleeping and once because we were in a taxi. I will describe the taxi experiences, and yes every one is an experience, when I have more time.

But everything is cool here and I am indeed helping by pumping money into their economy. The beer here is excellent and frankly I can't get enough of it. Lima is a great experience. Tonight we will party in a discotec and then early tomorrow we fly to Cusco and then take the train to Machu Picchu and I am excited. I will be taking a photo from high atop the ruins in my #54 jersey.

Okay, time for me to go.

I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

And from what I've seen, I believe 'em.

The man. The myth. The legend.

We've been reduced to quoting Huey Lewis lyrics.

Suicide is the only option.

QuoteAustralian Woman Killed By Amorous Camel
BRISBANE, Australia, Aug. 19, 2007(AP) An Australian woman was killed by a pet camel given to her as a 60th birthday present after the animal apparently tried to have sex, police said Sunday.

The woman, whose name was not released, was killed Saturday at her family's sheep and cattle ranch near Mitchell, 350 miles west of the Queensland state capital Brisbane, state police Detective Senior Constable Craig Gregory said.

The 10-month-old male camel — weighing about 330 pounds — knocked the woman to the ground, lay on top of her, then exhibited what police suspect was mating behavior, Gregory said.

"I'd say it's probably been playing, or it may be even a sexual sort of thing," Gregory said, adding the camel almost suffocated the family's pet goat by straddling it on several occasions.

Camel expert Chris Hill said he had no doubt the camel's behavior was sexual.

Hill, who has offered camel rides to tourists for 20 years, said young camels are not aggressive, but can be dangerous if treated as pets without discipline.

The fate of the camel was not known.

The woman was given the camel in March as a birthday present from her husband and daughter. "She had a love of exotic pets," Gregory said.
