I just watched an episode of the A-Team where Murdock and B.A. were handcuffed together and disassembled the front axel of an ambulance with a pair of pliers and some surgical tools and built a sail buggy.  The funny thing about it was that at no time during the process did they get out of the handcuffs.  For that, they needed a saw.

i don't think you can ever go wrong with a clean dry rag, maybe a damp one

if you have a shamay use that if not, a clean cotton towel.  dampen it with water. no alcohol based fluids
