So I live across the street from a family of illegals. For a few years, I never had a problem with them. They seem nice, kept the house looking good, never were a problem. Things have been getting progressively worse however for the past few months though. It seems as though several other families have moved into the house, the driveway is now regularly full with other cars parked in the street, most often directly behind my driveway, so it's pretty tough if I have to back out. There is constantly tons of trash around the house, people leaving and arriving at all hours, and always a few guys hanging around the house/neighborhood late at night.

I've spoken to the owner a few times about it, basically requesting he fix the parking and trash situations, and that was all, and it hasn't been fixed. Actually only gotten worse. So I'm pretty fed up at this point, and not really sure what options I have available. Cops won't do shtein, I'm sure, so what can I do? Ring la migra? Try to get the HOA on that ass? Talk to someone in the county (treasurer or something)??

I like that in NC, even cold weather isn't so awful.  High of 27 and low of 9 tomorrow, and that is the coldest it's been in my 6+ years here.
