Good point.

Burgess could've gone the same route as Barber.  Barber signed for big bucks, has missed a lot of time in KC.  He turned out a fine performance this season.  Good for him.  He could have just as easily torn another something and missed most of the season, like he did 3 TIMES with us.
Anyone but Reid.

Mike Wilbon to a Skins fan in his chat;

QuoteSilver Spring, Md.: Wilbon, I've been reading your chats and columns all year and I think its time you moved back to Chicago. Or at least stop covering the taterskins, whom you obviously hate. I have never seen more animous directed at a team from a hometown columnist, even if they are a transplant from the Midwest. With that said, what are our chances of picking up Randle El?

Michael Wilbon: Shut up. I picked the taterskins at the beginning of the season to go 9-7, so how much could I hate them. You sound like a whining fan who is upset his team lost and now you have to lash out like a 12-year-old. Get a life

:-D

And what the hell is "animous"?
It's supposed to be animus. A pretentious way to say animosity.

QuoteMichael C. Wright, of the Daily Press, reports the Washington taterskins don't have a first-round pick in the 2006 NFL Draft, but head coach Joe Gibbs said he spoke strategy with team owner Dan Snyder Monday, Jan. 16, and making a trade for a first-round pick is not out of the question.
Sweet. Now they won't have first round pick for 2007 and 2008.

I lived in Seattle for 3.5 years.  I can spot those hippy, tree hugging, berkenstock wearing, Starbucks drinking, save the whales advocating, psuedo intellectuals anywhere.

So all the Seattle chicks were au natural no deoderant using greenpeacers?

I could easily believe that Snyder and Gibbs will continually do that until they retire, then whatever lousy farg gets the team is screwed.

Not all of them, but there were definately enough out there to give Yeti sasquatch centerfolds for years to come.

Like every city in the country, Seattle had it's fair share of hotties.  The one nice thing about it out there is that since so many people are into fitness and healthy eating, there were far less fatties to worry about.  Lots of nice, well toned bodies.

I just spit Mountain Dew all over my keyboard. Making fun of skins fans is more fun that petting baby rabbits with an axe handle......hard.  :yay
