I thought the O-Linemen were the exception in the NFL. Maybe not to the Eagles, but I thought that their careers generally lasted longer and that the good ones are usually able to play until and sometimes beyond 35.

Olineman can play late into their years, but I think overall that typically Olinemen actually have short careers.  They bang on every play and are constantly having people roll up on their legs.  A lot of Olinemen spend as much time on the operating table as they do on the playing field.

Of course I could be wrong, but I thought that's what I've heard over the years.

I was really impressed with this dude lastnight he was going up against a very tough D lastnight and had a good showing.  It was a bit suprising to me that the Steelers blitzed as much as they did, it was a good test for this kid.
