generally yes because you believe you are intellectually superior to blacks in all phases of life...for example you would draft a black to play in the mail room of a law firm but not to play the attorney position

I would hope you are not referring to me when you say "you". Because, though I firmly believe that most stereotypes probably have a small bit of truth, I also do hire and fire people, and certainly, it's all about the individual.

Stereotypes exist because there is some truth to them.  Although, the stereotype about blacks and their intelligence is 400 years old.  Of course blacks weren't as intelligent as white people in the 1700's.....they weren't given access to the same education that was afforded to whites and it's only been during the last 60 years that they were allowed to attend the same schools as whites and receive an equal education.
