Anyone seen a good movie lately?

Sarge, if you enjoyed the firsto ne, go watch the sequels. The 2nd one is excellent and I honestly haven't seen the 3rd but everyone that has seen it told me they loved it and it was a perfect way to end the Toy Story movies.



Also, I'm torn between wanting Gerard Butler to play Marcus Phoenix if/when they make a Gears of War movie. more nerdiness.

Oh...got sidetracked by this awesome sequel discussion and forgot the entire reason I clicked on this thread in the first place.

Watched my quarterly required chick flick with Drunkahontos the other day.  My choices were Sex and the City 2 or The Bounty Hunter.  Jennifer Aniston is still fun to look at.  Gerard Butler is pretty douchey.  I should kill myself. The end.

I didn't say I wouldn't watch them.....just don't have the desire to.  As for the chick flick, my g/f doesn't ask me to do the stupid shtein that a lot of women as their men to do.  So if spending 90 minutes every 3 months watching some awful chick flick with her helps keep her happy and putting out, then it's worth it.

False.  Going out of my way = Adding it to my Netflix queue and purposely putting it in my dvd player or setting my dvr to record it.  Basically anything that requires effort on my part. 

Not going out of my way = I turn on my television and it happens to be showing.

winters bone---not the bonerific gritastic indie drama i was hoping for but still very good. why is this getting sort of ignored while some meandering geek dream movie makes 600 bazillion dollars?

Watched Michael Clayton. Enjoyed it well enough. Sort of boring but extremely well done and very tense, which I enjoy.

i like it more than you....i actually think it might be the best movie of the aughts
