Swardson bags me up.  Him talking ish kills me, and talking nasty to the old lady.  "Should have worn a condom"

JP the robot is my favorite

I did knock, but the music was too loud.
Are you afraid of it?
No, I just don't like techno.
You would if you had robot ears.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

What's that ringing? Do I have a tumor?

All I've ever cared about was video games and they made me a millionaire. So maybe I don't know what the Civil War was, or who invented the helicopter even though I own one, but I did beat The Legend of Zelda before I could walk. I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

Well, I guess I don't have to see this movie now. I think you've all covered the dialog nicely here.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Finally saw I am Legend.

Its a crying shame what they did for an ending because that movie was pretty intense that had me engulfed the whole film. Writers  could of really went somewhere had they used a little more imagination. The special effects of the species were bad ass

I'm not going to get deep into Will Smith and his character (leave that to RJ), but IMO he did a superb job acting like the last guy on earth. Cool concept that could pretty much never happen in the next 2 years or ever (well...), but it was fiction at its finest

Good see

Yeah, but you love Dick, so you can't be impartial.

Now that I have that important piece of business settled, Blade Runner was very good.

Hardy har har. Actually, I've only ever tried to read one Dick novel and wasn't able to finish it. He seems to have some great ideas for his stories, socially speaking and in a sci-fi-story sense, but can't write worth a shtein. I'll probably give him another shot at some point, but I don't find his writing style very readable.

Try the short stories.  He is just too farging verbose to be of any good.  At least keeping it down to 20-30 pages makes him get to the point a lot faster.
Anyone but Reid.

Went and saw The Golden Compass last night. Two thoughts I had over and over during the movie were George Lucas could learn a lot from watching this and why am I watching James Bond vs Lord of the X-Men?

Special effects? Incredible. Casting? Great. Children acting? Very good. CGI polar bears? Farging awesome. Just wish they hadn't used Gandalf to voice the important bear.

The man. The myth. The legend.

"Brothers Solomon"

If you have 2 hours to kill and kind of hate yourself and your life, this is the movie for you.

I finally saw Superbad last night. Not only was it funny, but I went to a high school full of super awkward super nerds and the interaction between the main-nerds reminded me so much of my nerd high school socializations that it was scary. (Nerd.)

I still thought Knocked Up was more laugh-out-loud funny, but this shtein was definitely hilarious. Michael Cera is the man.

Jonah Hill was the least funny of three, no?

ice grillin you

he was funnier than the other two combined...but in high school if you were the guy in the nerd group that jonah hill was pimp slapping all over the hallways you would probably resent his character in superbad
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Rome

Good thing we were all superstar jocks in high school then, huh?
