Just finished watching 'Hotel Rwanda' and it was brillant. Definitely a 'must see' movie.

I loved House of Flying Daggers. I liked it a lot better than Hero. Hero had great choreography and action, but the story I thought was average at best. I loved the story in the House of Flying Daggers.

Wife and I watched "Hitch" this weekend.  Good light comedy.  About a 3 1/2 out of 5.

Darkwater (japanese version)-  eh... eh.   if the Jap version doesnt do much for me the English version must blow ass chunks.   Although Jen Connelly may bring something better to the table.

The Jacket-  ehhhhh.   the movie tried to hard to be complex.

Saw Sideways and Baadaaass last week. Both good movies, though the guy who played Bill Cosby in Baadass was TERRIBLE. Am going to see Kung Fu Hustle this week. I cannot wait!

Saw "Hitch" last week....thought it was cute.

Watched "The Jacket" and I liked it. I was pretty into it.

Saw "Land of the Dead" this weekend.  Typical zombie movie - bad acting and gore, but it's not like I was expecting an Academy nominated movie....so I got just what I wanted to see.  Zombies and guts and the occasional chuckle.

Saw finding neverland this weekend. Possibly the first movie I've seen in 12 years where the child-actors didn't make me want to tear my eyeballs out. So I think that counts as a thumbs up.

rjs...I thought Finding Neverland was awesome. Good news for you...the little boy from that movie is playing Charlie in Willy Wonka.
