I never thought much of it, but what do I know. I didn't think much of Animal House, and I've never seen Fletch.

Fletch hasn't really aged well, in my opinion, but I still enjoy watching it. I'm not sure that it would be great as a first time viewing for someone watching for the first time today. That said, and this is true of both Caddyshack and Fletch, I like them a lot more when I pretend that Chevy Chase from those movies is an entirely different person than the one that exists today, because he seems like such a humorless douche.

I dont think fletch could ever age badly because its irrelevant what it looks like...its basically a two hour chevy chase stand up routine...if you just listened or read fletch it would still be hilarious

watched the new Star Trek last night.  it was fine but nothing memorable.  i liked the first jj abrams one a lot more.

The Purge. Coulda been a cool idea but was pretty bad. Couple hilarious scenes though, the movie was only like 80 min so it wasn't a complete waste of time.
