The problem with his statement is he's not wrong.  They have no one better than Bradley Fletcher & Cary Williams on that team.   Think about that.  Their defensive backs are so galactic in their awfulness, they have no choice but to leave them in.  Whose fault is that, I ask?

Seriously.  Cox, Kendricks and Barwin.  I like Jenkins too but they could improve there as well.

Even if they replace Jenkins, 7 starters need to go on defense.  That's not going to happen overnight especially with Roseman at the helm.

That RGIII pass was a duck that Fletcher actually would have had a decent shot at. I'm trying to think of when I've ever seen Allen provide effective over-the-top help. I know I've seen him burned right along with the corners. Last I remember, that was his assignment on John Brown.

Maybe there are things Davis can do, but I'm not buying that Allen or Carroll is a magic pill hat Davis is refusing to swallow. When you have bad players in your secondary, good receivers will get open.

Remember the Eagles have a bust named Jaylen Watkins. Too bad he can't play.

exactly....hes so farging stubborn its insane...and they actually have a good 3rd corner...im not saying Nolan carroll would turn the team around but jesus Christ hes probably better than Williams or fletcher

as for allen over the top not defending him at all he stinks but teams have been running go routes literally on the sideline against fletch....no safety in the nfl could get over to where dez and pimp were catching balls the last two games

bottom line is that the dc coord. is a bad or maybe wore than the talent he has
