Finished orphan black - thought it was dumb fun.

Watched the first episode of Hannibal and it was good enough to keep watching

Let down is probably how I'd describe it, especially with the way it started with Frank giving Zoey a face full of train.  That was one of the most satisfying tv deaths I've ever seen.  I thought that at times they had too many story lines going on and I also thought they abandoned some things too quickly.....like dude who was investigating Zoey's murder and trying to connect Frank to it.  His exile from the show was swift and somewhat unforgettable.

I hated how they wrote off Freddy too.  I also really like Doug Stamper's character.  Sucks that he's dead but I kind of saw that coming once he finally made nice with Seth.

The story with Claire and the General who raped her back in college and then kept on raping his way to the top seemed pretty pointless unless there's some carry over with it into the next season that makes sense.  I hope there isn't because the girl (I forget her name) who called into the talk show and said that she was raped was a horrible character.  I'm pretty sure she wanted the dick anyway. 

Hopefully season 3 comes back strong.  I wouldn't mind if a little extra attention was paid to Rachel's lesbo relationship.

season one is very good but they do a little too much of the dream sequences or out of body shtein or whatever you wanna call it that will does all the time

season 2 has been flawless so far

Anyone watching TURN on AMC?  It's on in The Walking Dead's time slot. Saw the 1st three episodes so far and while I've been a little disappointed overall, the concept of the show is fascinating to me so I'll give it a few more episodes before deciding if I'm going to stick with it or not.

The opening credits/theme song sucks something awful though. Thank geezus it's really short.

I watch America's Book of Secrets on History Channel occaisionally.  On the last episode I saw, it was all about americas secret armies aka Delta/Seals/Ones we don't know about.  At one point they're more or less saying how these groups operate with impunity and without any oversight,and then they bring out John Ashcroft to explain how vital it all is.  I really thought he was dead.  Had no clue that weirdo was still alive,.

i cancelled my cable a few weeks ago ago and can't say i miss anything other than parks and rec.

did catch up with game of thones on a train the other day and although i think it's good, i don't have nearly the boner everyone else has for it.

only downfall of no cable is that I probably paid for several months of cable by having to watch the nba playoffs at the bar every night. friday night i watched at a strip club and probably cost me 400 bucks.

but yea fargo is very good to start. billy bob as usual after 5 years in the wilderness as reappeared and is knocking it out of the park.

its a true close ended miniseries. 10 eps i think, and thats it.

does feel like an extension of the movie which was the idea. and i would give it to the fatty cop and i have no clue why.

they werent getting billy bob if it was an ongoing series. most tv contracts for series regulars are for 5-6 years. hes not signing up for 6 years to do some tv show
