That auto-played at least two videos and two ads immediately for me, but the idea sounds good.

I mean, sure. Kind of a nonsense video. Should the Eagles go after a potential, productive FA who fits their scheme and could make an impact on Defense? Duh. But that's a long way away from making that actually happening. Hard to imagine him getting away from Washington, and if he does, what are the numbers he's looking for, and will that still make sense? Lot of ground to cover there. But, I'm pretty sure the Eagles should be interested in all talented players who might somehow become available and could fill positions of need.

Quote"That whole draft was about need," said a personnel executive who was with the team during that draft. "We didn't have a guard on the depth chart, so we drafted a guard in the first round [Danny Watkins]. We didn't have a safety, so we pushed the safeties up a round and took Jarrett.

"We didn't say, 'OK, this isn't a good safety group, so let's pass and find a stopgap and get by.' Every team has weaknesses. But [Reid decided] that we were going to take the next safety and go from there."

Not sure if this a delay from earlier today but watching the DB's go through their drills at the combine.  No doubt there are some real studs in this years draft at DB.  Who is this Victor Hampton from South Carolina?  Guy looks like a best.  Deion and Mayock were in love with the guy.  Mayock said he has him going in the second round.  Apparently had some off field issues.

I don't have a rational reason to feel this way but with re-signing Cooper and eventually Maclin i have this fear of the Eagles trading Desean and drafting a wr #1.  i really hope that doesn't happen.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

if they didnt come with the baggage of a broken knee and a one year wonder who wasnt that wonderful i could maybe see that....but both those guys are already questionsmarks then to that mix you are going to add an unproven draft pick?....that would be insanity

Nah, Worilds is good. He wouldn't even have a chance of hitting the open market if the Steelers didn't have cap issues. He would be a great fit for the Eagles, but the Steelers will retain him if it is at all financially possible.
