My girlfriend's cousin had a kid about 8 months ago.  When he was born, I thought the kid was ugly.  But they're all ugly at that point so no big deal even though I thought this kid was especially ugly.  But now the kid is 8 months old and he's still ugly.  In fact, I think he's getting uglier.  He looks like Darth Vader when Luke removed his mask near the end of Return of the Jedi.  So now that the kid is starting to be social and cognizant of what's going on around him, I'm afraid he might start reading my thoughts and will bring the roof down on my head or something.
