extraordinary might be stretching it but with people just watching a guy use the job as a springboard to go to miami i bet more people than you think wanted it

but all that shows is how truly a god awful job it is in that people want it because its so bad that if you win at all there you can flip it into something good
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

They also sold their BigTen championship rings off for a thousand each.  Since they each have to sit out half the season, I wouldn't be surprised if they jumped to the NFL instead...

every coach over the last 10 years who has had even a little bit of success there has jumped on to something bigger. this year...golden leaves for the u, the maimi of ohio guy goes i think for pitt and the northern illinois guy leaves for minnesota.

only guy to hang around is frank solich at ohio and thats cause he already crashed and burned at nebraska and nobody is going to give him a second chance.

but you and people of your ilk love college football the way it is and want to see to 350 awful bowl games so why would you even complain

temple is different because they are so bad that a coach who stinks goes there does ok and gets the miami job

you can win at northern illinois or ohio and not be looked at as a good coach...but win at temple and you must be a genius...thats how bad the program is...golden gets the miami job which is infintely better than minny and pitt
