Reilly is generally a waste of space, but this is a good article to show to the haters:

QuoteBefore prison, Vick used to be the last one into the locker room and the first one out. After prison, he's just the opposite. No Eagle prepares harder.

Before prison, he practically drove ruts in the McDonald's drive-thru lane. After prison, he's a chicken-and-broccoli guy.

Before prison, the only film room he hit much was the home theater in his Atlanta mansion. After prison, he has become a freak for studying game film of the opponent.

I love reading shtein like that

Steve Young summed it up quite nicely earlier this week.  Said that the transformation we've seen in Vick on the field is due to the transformation of Vick off the field.  This probably sounds corny as hell, but I'm really rooting for Vick to keep his life on track off the field just as much on the field.  Hopefully some other cons serving in the joint right now will follow his lead and look for redemption upon their release rather than "falling prey to the system" and continue to make the same dumb decisions that got them locked up in the first place.  It can only help make the world a more tolerable place if criminals leave prison looking to change their ways for the better.

i love michael vick now. i professed my love for him at the taterskins game.

let's be real, inside he's probably no different than he was five years ago. he's just smarter. it's not like he was in jail and all the rapists and murderers were like, i can't believe you killed dogs.

he realized what can happen to your life and he finally thinks before he talks and acts. that's all i want from my athletes. just be smart when out in public, and if you still want to rape dogs, just do it in your basement instead of a wide open field in virginia. nobody's business but your own son. keep it real.

ice grillin you

oh no doubt....hes upset because he got caught not because he killed dogs
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Pretty much. With perhaps a little remorse sprinkled in for what he did. Or maybe he's haunted by an image in his mind's eye from the torture sessions. Who knows.

But I love that he's harnessed the potential. A late bloomer for more than one reason, the full tilt of athletic talent is finally on display.

I never thought he would be this guy. I had him pegged for the 53% passer and dumb decision making QB like he was before.

Like any of us idiots can judge Vick and the remorse he's shown or no shown. shut the farg up

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Sgt PSN

Good guess, but no.  I'm talking actual fruit.

QuoteAccording to ESPN Stats & Information, Vick's has a 65.5 completion percentage with a 122.2 quarterback rating and 10 touchdowns inside the pocket.

General_Failure

That's nearly as many interceptions as McNabb has. Trade him while he's still got value!
